There are many questions we can ask ourselves when we’re faced with a problem, or when something is bringing us stress. Healthy questions are considered “functional” and unhealthy questions are considered “dysfunctional”. Identify the questions below with either an “F” for functional or a “D” for dysfunctional. 

When confronted with a problem or barrier, try to ask questions that will lead to a more positive result. It may not fix the situation entirely but approaching it with a healthy outlook will likely improve the outcome.
